Clinical Quality and Patient Safety

Special Patient Messages

Special Patient Messages enables the Trust to alert staff to patients with particular needs or those who have put in place an advance directive (living will). Patients and/or their families are provided with information about their requirements which can be made available to any attending ambulance personnel.
